Don Brealond is a results-oriented Mortgage Professional and Personal Development Life Coach dedicated to exceptional customer service. He serves as a passionate advocate for homeownership and building strong investor relations.
In today’s competitive marketplace, Don understands the crucial importance of creating mutually beneficial partnerships with realtors and clients. He brings extensive expertise in diverse mortgage products, including Reverse mortgages, Conventional, VA, FHA, DSCR, 1099, Bank Statement, and many others. Don’s mission is clear: structure each loan Residential or Commercial for the optimal product and guide clients to closing as efficiently as possible.
Licensed with the GA Department of Banking and Finance. Employed as Mortgage banker for over 20 years and assisted with credit report management providing home buying seminars as well as scheduling individual sessions for goal setting and a positive outcome. Working with Investors, Builders, Real Estate Brokers, shopping wholesale lenders, underwriters, for the best loan program, and closing attorneys are part of the process requiring resilience. At the end of the day, we create a win-win action plan for every client.
Don Brealond lives in Atlanta GA, married to his wife 29 years and has 3 sons and 1 daughter. He is active in the men’s ministry, as well as other Church activities. Don enjoys sports and hitting the gym for jogging and exercise.

A graduate of Ohio University and former NFL player, Thad has built his career around the principles of discipline, preparation, leadership, and execution. His experience competing at the highest levels of football and later coaching and leading young athletes have shaped his ability to build relationships, communicate a vision, and help people work toward meaningful long-term goals.
Diallo Rahsaan Murphy

An accomplished architectural professional with over 12 years of experience managing projects from schematic design through contract administration. Holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture with certification in Historic Preservation, along with Autodesk Certified REVIT Professional credentials.
Experienced in BIM project integration and coordination, field inspections, sustainable design, historic preservation, and compliance with IBC, UBC, NFPA, and ADAAG standards. Skilled in managing multiple projects, collaborating with architectural and MEP consultants, and delivering projects across residential, commercial, and interior buildout environments. His expertise spans construction oversight, asset management, human resources, and environmental compliance—making him a well-rounded operations leader capable of managing multifaceted projects across both public and private sectors. Having worked extensively within government entities, Lennie is recognized for his ability to navigate regulatory frameworks while implementing forward-thinking strategies that deliver measurable results.
